Acro Camp

Epic Dance Workshop

This is a camp you’ll flip over! Acro camp is offered to ages 8 and up at our Goldsboro location. According to your skill level, you will learn a variety of mat exercises, from basic front rolls and handstands to aerials and handsprings. We will work on power tricks and controlled tricks.

Epic Dance Workshop

Epic Dance Workshop offers students of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to expand their dance education with positive reinforcement and high-energy classes in the comfort of their own dance studio. While offering all the benefits of a major dance convention, Epic's dynamic faculty strive to cultivate each dancer’s growth through smaller classes while offering cutting edge choreography and technical training.

Red Carpet Ready

Campers will be taught cheer-leading motions and technique, cheer jumps, stunts, gymnastics, sideline cheers, dance technique and various dance steps. This is the perfect camp to build confidence in your dancers leadership skills and performance abilities. This camp is designed for ages 6 and up.

Moana Camp

Specifically designed for dancers ages 3-6, we incorporate lessons in ballet, tap, and tumbling, while centering our curriculum around the Disney princess, Moana. We encourage artistic expression with arts and crafts, spark imaginations in story time, and make time for snacks during a royal “tea party”.

Acro Camp

Acro day camp is a 2 hour acrobatic centered camp for dancers of all ages. We will focus on learning and reviewing proper warm-up and stretching techniques as well as conditioning exercises to improve tumbling skills. This camp will cover controlled tricks, power tricks, balance tricks, and flexibility training. Plus, we will work on progressions towards everyone's favorite skills: aerials and handsprings!
